We slept really late this morning, not getting out of the bed until after 9AM. We are both pretty exhausted from the show and all of the work Sherry is doing in addition to her normal work load. Yesterday she spent the day out, between home nursing and shopping. I had a client in studio for most of the morning, and than began the tedious task of show filings. This is always a real troubling effort, as it takes meticulous detail, and is monetarily costly. There is much organization required in order to assure that all of the good shows are filed for, all of the weekends are filled, and all of the "B" shows are filed for (in the event the "A" shows reject our work). In addition, there are "drop dead" dates that must be noted and followed. We have gotten caught in the past with an opened weekend, and had to take a "D" show that was not worth the effort, cost money, and dampens our cash flow. Sorry for all of the whining, this is just a hateful piece of work, and it keeps me from my glass projects.

Sherry is out today to take her folks to a Doctors appointment. I have the Dr.Mark the best dentist on the face of the planet this afternoon. In the meanwhile, I am continuing to file for shows, while Sherry actually gets to work on some glass!
