Sunshine and clouds today. It will be warm with a High of 83F. Our winds are out of the South/Southwest at 5 to 10MPH. The Low tonight will be in the upper 50'sF. The relative humidity is at 35% with a dew point at 52F. The Barometer is 29.86 inches and steady. The sun was up this morning at 7:10AM and will set this evening at 6:34PM

Back at home and trying to recover from the last two weeks of extreme efforts, on both our parts. It is over. Jess & John are back on deck, and we are free to concentrate our efforts on this, the most busiest time of the year.

Sherry arrived home at 9:30AM. She immediately began, as we are showing the house today at 4PM. I started on the yard. Lots of branches to move over to Art's burn pile, grass to mow, and weeds to whack. We finished up at noon, and Sherry made a lunch of shrimp salad on potato rolls, hot peppers, and Utz Kettle Cooked Potato chips. Wow! What a pleasant meal to be enjoyed on the deck watching the river flow by.

Now back to business. I have some Tax questions that need answering, and a show to close out. I have inventory lists that have to be generated, and I have to clean off the decks and get started on my inventory replacement projects.

Here we go!

Finally got my paperwork done, and am ready to begin painting up my next Pecan Point Heron.

Early last week a brand new crab net washed up on the beach in front of the house. It was a very nice aluminum net. Today I fished a new wood pole net out of the river. It must be the crab net season, as they are coming in every other week. Possibly a migration.

The house showed nicely. The couple was very nice for New Yorkers. He liked to fish, and it was nice talking to him about fishing the river. He seemed like a nice guy. Additionally, she was very nice. I believe them to be in their mid-70's, and do not think they were really very interested in a house this small. Oh well. We are here, and that is how it is.

Time to paint!

And here we are at 8PM, all painted up and ready for the fire!
