Up early this morning (5AM). We finished packing by 6AM and we were off by 6:15AM. We had an uneventful trip across the river, and down the Northern Neck to the Tidewater. I did see three Eagles, one on Maddox Road and two in Tappahannock, Va. All in all a very pleasant drive. We arrive Stockley Gardens at 10:30AM, and were directed to our space. Although we could not set up until 1:PM, we had time to find a good parking space close to our booth, unhook and set up Forrest, relax and have a bite and a good cup of coffee while we wait. The temperatures here are pretty hot today, with Highs in the upper 80's, lower 90's. There is a chance of Thunderstorms this evening, but we will be tucked away in our cozy little camper, waiting for the big crowds tomorrow.

A quick note here about Sherry. Besides producing an unbelievably large amount of inventory this week, she managed to find time for lunch with her daughter and son-in-law, get the RV packed and accessorized (towel racks, paper holders, organized the cabinets, packed all of the food and snacks etc., etc.,etc.) pack our cloths, prepare meals (this saves us a ton of money), and managed to clean the house this morning (just in case someone comes by to see it). She is an amazing woman, a really great partner, a wonderful, caring, loving wife, and my best friend. I really would be lost without her.

Well, we got set up. At least, we got set up enough that we will be able to finish tomorrow morning, before the gardens open at 7AM. Sherry fixed a plate of cheese & crackers. The new TV is up and working (one channel) and I have showered and cleaned up for the night. Life is a wonderful thing, and I am happy to have it. I am very much looking forward to tomorrow.
