Into the low 100'sF today. Judy and Ruth came over for a visit this morning. At around 1PM Sherry and I headed over to Jess & Johns for Sherry's Birthday Celebration. We had to stop in Leonardtown for groceries, as the kids are going to return with us for 3 days. That done, we headed over to the kids for CRABS!!!!! It was a really nice feast, as we are normally not at home when the crabs are on the table. Sherry really enjoyed herself, and it was nice to visit with John. We did go out at pick-up a 2000 VIP center console fishing boat, complete with trailer and Mariner 100HP motor. Jess arranged this deal during a Real Estate Listing. The Owners (very nice folks indeed!) are "cleaning up the yard", and wanted to get the thing out of there. It has less than 250 hours showing. Not a bad deal at all for free. We did not even need to pump up the tires! We just hooked it up and drove it home. No doubt John will have this thing up and running in no time! A great little fishing boat for a family of 5.
