Here is The Blue Dog on guard along the shell road this morning, while gigging catfish with Killian. After returning Todd's gig, and visiting with the Prevatts for an hour or so, we went home, made lunch, and waited for Sherry & The Girls to return from LaBelle. They got home a short time later, unloaded the car, and started juicing oranges and grapefruits. While they juiced, I planted nine leaf lettuce starts, one flat of "Greens Mixture" and one flat of Bloomsdale, Long Standing Spinach. Later in the afternoon, Killian & I repaired the live trap, baited it with a can of Tuna Fish, and set it by the creek in hopes of luring in a raccoon. By that time Sherry had everything put away, and we headed out for a walk. We decided on the east side of town, over toward Bo Roberts property. We came back the long way, through the scrub. We finished up the day with a beautiful dinner of black beans & rice with BBQ Ribs on the girll.
