Cool this morning, low 40'sF. High today in the low 70'sF. We spent most of the day preparing for Jess & John and the Kids. I cleaned up the yard a bit, cutting back a lot of the burnt vegetation. I Volk Oil Sprayed all of the Citrus, and applied about 3 lbs. / tree of fertilizer. I cut back all of the pasaflora vines along the arbor, and transplanted the pole beans. I moved the pepper starts to a bigger container. They are not yet ready to go into the ground, but needed to be moved to a larger container. The Citrus looks good, with lots of new growth. Sherry spent most of the day inside, cleaning the house, and getting everything in order. It looks like the weather for the wedding will be perfect. We listened to the radio station out of Big Pine Key all day, just to get into an Island mood. The Railys' (to be) are scheduled to depart tomorrow at 10AM. This should put them in Palmdale by 2AM Wednesday. We can not wait!
